First, I would like to thank you all for your prayers. Our “chicken lady” is slowing winning her battle with the city. The state found violation of the ADA. She is now talking with Mr. Brunning, the State Att. General. Pray for him to help us and have clarity of thought when dealing with Bayard. Today was not a good day for her. One of her friends parked on a city street in front of our city worker neighbors home, P. became so angry that she cursed at the poor woman. The Lady called the Sherriffs Dept and reported it. Of course nothing will come of it, except more harassment. All the Lady wants is to get on with her life. She has only lived here a short time. Please pray for our town. Pray that when P. goes to Church tomorrow that her heart will be strirred and opened. Please pray that one day what I witness today will NEVER happen here again.
